FAQ’S

1. How do I schedule a pick up?

  • Call us at 734-657-3351 to schedule a time for pick up and delivery that is convenient for you.
  • We pick up and delivery Monday thru Saturday 6:30 am to 7pm.
  • Fill out our order form and email it or have it ready with any special instructions.

2. Can you come by to pick up my laundry regularly without making phone calls every week?

  • Yes, you can schedule weekly or bi-weekly pick up and delivery times. Just call us to set the dates and you will be automatically on our weekly routing.

3. What forms of payment do you take?

  • We accept cash and check ($30 charged if returned). Sorry, but we are unable to take credit cards at this time.

4. How does the pick up & delivery service work?

  • Simply gather your household laundry and place it in your laundry baskets. No need to sort - we do that for you. If you have dry cleaning please make sure that it is in a separate bag and labeled "dry cleaning".  You will also need to fill out an order form. (link)  We will come pick it up, weigh it, give you a receipt and bring it home to you when service is complete.

    * Baskets are labeled at the time of pick up so that you can be assured that there will be no mix ups.

5. When do I get my laundry back?

  • Your laundry will be done within 48 hours or less. If it is done earlier than your scheduled delivery we will contact you to make arrangements to deliver it sooner. 24 hour and same day services are available for an extra service fee.

6. Do I need to be home for pick up and delivery?

  • Yes, you do need to be home unless you are scheduled on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.

7. Are my clothes washed by themselves?

  • Absolutely!!! Your laundry is NEVER mixed in and washed with anyone else’s.

8. What if I missed the scheduled pick up or delivery?

  • If you missed your scheduled pick up or delivery simply call us to schedule another one. There will be an additional delivery fee for missed pick ups and deliveries unless you call in advance to reschedule.

9. What happens if I leave personal belongings in my laundry?

  • We take every precaution to protect your personal belongings. In the rare occasion that something valueable is left in your pockets we will not be held responsible for damage to personal items or damage to clothing due to personal items left in your laundry.
